    Thank You SO Much! Words cannot express my appreciation of your videos. I just found your channel and have only done a couple of the routines but the difference in my pain and mood is nothing short of miraculous.
    I was a bodybuilder for 20 years doing manual labor. Covid lockdowns and several deaths in my family led to be being extremely inactive. Everything is so tight and weak. I tried going back to the gym but that led to pinched nerves. Chiro and physio give me some beneficial exercises for specific joints but it's not the overall flexibility and mobility of your routines.
    I love how easy you make to follow along. Some of the moves I can't do properly yet but I'm sure I will soon.
    I making some of your videos my regular routine.

      This is making me incredibly happy Peter! I'm a sports scientist (finishing my degree rn) so making people move and helping them to work with their bodies & manage their injuries is my mission.     I have to say... I absolutely love these short mobility workouts! I'm an older former athlete, who let himself go over the last few years. I noticed my mobility has really gotten bad over the last couple years. These routines are perfect for before and after my calisthenics routines.

    Nice and laconic, I loved it!
    I also liked the combination of scapular pushup + downward dog, and of course cat-cow circles-my favorite mobility move!
    These workouts really have a cumulative effect: you do them once and it feels good, but then you do them almost daily and you feel how your body becomes more effective and more aligned generally. Also, when I started to incorporate your hip-mobility routines into my workouts, my flexibility also improved (I mean stretches, splits and such). So thanks!

    This really helped me getting back to swimming breathing bi-laterally. Along with with the thoracic rotation exercise from Julia's (😇)"10 Min. Morning Mobility Routine" (yellow outfit) and "reach and rotate openers".

    Used this as a cool down after my handstand workout 🤸‍♂️
    As I am progressing through specific handstand drills a cool down is well needed 🫶🏻🔥

    I don't know if you check this up Julia but your style of Athletic Yoga (if you could say it that way..) has made you my favorite and go-to option for daily stretching, mobility work, and yoga morning (6AM) and post work out/recovery work (3PM) everyday!!!
